Progress is tied to this browser, profile and device. Private browsing, clearing site data, removing the profile, a browser reset, storage eviction or device loss can erase it. Always keep important answers and contributions separately.
The tools need JavaScript, local storage, file import and file download. They support Chrome and Edge, Firefox, and Safari 16.4 or later, including their current mobile versions. This page checks for those features rather than assuming them.

removes the record from this browser and cannot be undone — download
a backup first if you might want it back. The JSON backup is the only file
that restores progress, and it may contain your name, answers and private
notes, so handle it as personal data. The two PDFs are readable exports,
made on this device, and restore nothing. A checkpoint passed in the
terminal lab, such as cp08-bernoulli, comes in the same way:
